Strategem
Has anyone ever successfully used the Locate Enemy Cities strategem? I tried about 2 months ago and it did not work. I am wondering if this was fixed.

a friend used it recently and it worked. And thanks a lot for letting everybody know about that stratagem... the less people that know of it, the better... X)
