on march ninth sometime in morning i sent out transport of 12plus million gold to alliance memeber Laudrup from city new moon, send with about 1200 convoy and 38k plus muskies, log in later and no record of shipment anywhere, just disappeared, check troop aand gather, nothing listed, even check officer number in case i accidently sent as reinforcement, all officers accounted for and none showing any of their rateings change, would like to recieve them back please

Check the delivery reports whether they have been robbed, although I haven't experienced that convoy which are protected by such a big number of musketeers, get robbed. But anything is possible. Also use the statistics tab at the right hand lower corner of your screen and select troops to determine whether your troops are not in one of your other towns.

If you are sure that your troops are gone and there is no explanation for their disappearance, please go to the login page and submit a ticket.
